Electrical is a dynamic electrical contracting company that was
established in 2001.We provide professional services in
the technical fields of power distribution, building services and
control & instrumentation systems. Southern Electrical is a full and
active member of the Electrical Contractors Association (ECA) as
well as being registered with the Electrical Contractors Board (ECB).
Services that Southern Electrical provide include planning,
analysing, designing, optimising, system integration, test and
evaluation, procurement, construction management and in control and
instrumentation, engineering, installation and commissioning. These
services are rendered in projects ranging from small projects within
the built environment to large turnkey capital projects.

The company vision is to be the leading supplier of quality
electrical consulting and construction and related services in
Southern Africa. This it aims to achieve by striving for service
excellence in all its service and in paying meticulous attention to
detail.
Company Affiliations
Southern Electrical, as a member of the ECA, is committed to using
only SABS approved parts and equipment when doing repairs and
installations. This practice ensures you the highest degree of
safety and quality workmanship. The ECA has also undertaken to
guarantee or workmanship.
We also offer the standard Manufacturers guarantees.

Empowerment
Southern Electrical is a division of the Southern Group of Companies
which is 100% owned and operated by previously disadvantaged
individuals. The members are qualified in the fields of Electrical,
Aluminium Production, Marketing, Administration, Property and
Project Management.
Even though Southern Electrical is itself a black empowerment
company, it does apply criteria as set by government in recruitment
and procurement in dealing with both its personnel internally and
external service and product suppliers. Southern Electrical
currently has a workforce of 15 employees and 3 Subcontractors ??? all
of which are previously disadvantaged individuals.
